Both Amy and Hannah were excellent and when we moved out of our last rented house with Hallam & Co as we had just bought our own, we did not have a problem.
The only deduction was for the checkout £84.00, this was done by the inventory company. They then compared the move in inventory to the one they completed on the move out.
So, the only deduction was for £84.00 to cover their cost, the rest of the deposit was returned.
